Contractual Conditions

Bookings can be made over the phone or by email. Once we have checked availability, we will get back to you as soon as possible with all information necessary to confirm your booking.
Bookings can be considered confirmed when we receive a deposit of 30% of the full amount, or payment in full for one-night stays, unless where alternative arrangements have been made.
Bookings can be made using credit or debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Diners, American Express), bank transfer and PayPal.
From the moment a booking is accepted, cancellation fees will be applied (except where alternative arrangements have been made) in the event that a booking is cancelled by a client. Cancellation fees are specified below.


In the event that more than one apartment is booked by a group of families, a deposit will be required for each apartment or room. In the event that one of the apartments is cancelled, the deposit for that apartment will not be deducted from the price of the other confirmed bookings.


From 14:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival.
In the event that guests arrive outside the times specified in the booking, we ask that you inform us of this in advance.
On request and depending on availability, in order to use the pool, the cost of early check-in before 14:00 is €5 per person.
You must show a valid ID document.
Guests will not be entitled to a refund if they arrive late.
If we have not heard from guests 24 hours after the agreed check-in time, the management may decide to cancel the entire booking.


By 10:00 on the day of departure.
We ask that you do not leave food or beverages in the apartment.
We would appreciate it if you could seal the rubbish bag and leave it close to the door.
If you need to check out later, please inform us of this ahead of time so that we can plan our activities.
Availability permitting, the cost of checking out after 10:00 is €20 per room. The full price for a one-night stay will be added for check-outs after 18:00.
Guests who leave early are not entitled to any refund.


Guests must pay their bill on their day of departure.
We accept the following payment methods:
credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Diners, American Express);
debit card;
Any multiple bills or special arrangements must be agreed the day before departure.


The Municipality Tavarnelle Val di Pesa has imposed a visitor tax for non-residents of the Municipality Tavarnelle Val di Pesa for a maximum of seven consecutive nights. For our hotel, the visitor tax is set at €1.50 per person per night.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the visitor tax, as are other categories of persons listed at this link (
We ask you to pay the visitor tax for your entire group when you check-out.
We look forward to counting on the courtesy and collaboration of all guests.


Bookings may only be cancelled via email or fax. Other cancellation methods are invalid and cancellation requests will not be accepted via these methods.


Cancellation fees:
A) no fee for bookings cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date;
B) 30% of the full booking fee will be charged for bookings cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date;
C) 50% of the full booking fee will be charged for bookings cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date;
D) 100% of the full booking fee will be charged to the credit card given for bookings cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date;
E) 100% of the full booking fee will be charged in the event of a “no-show”.


Personal Data Processing
Personal data and all any other information that comes into the knowledge of our company during the provision of services will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and the rights of persons involved. We systemically apply appropriate protection and guarantee measures for both the physical and digital processing of data. Such measures are tailored to the specific nature of the data in question (i.e. simple personal data, sensitive data or judicial data).
In accordance with Legislative Decree 196/03, clients are informed that their personal data may only be processed for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship between the parties (including accounting and administrative purposes).
