Reservations and confirmation
Reservations can be made by telephone or by email email@example.com. As soon as we have checked that the apartment you would like is available for the dates you request, we will send you an email with all the necessary information to confirm your booking.
The reservation will be considered confirmed on receipt of 30% advance payment of total sum, or the whole sum if your stay is only one night, unless we agree otherwise. Payment can be made via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Diners, American Express), bank transfer or PayPal. Once your reservation has been confirmed cancellation fees will be applied should you change your mind, (see specific information below).
Bookings for more than one apartment
Advance payment will be required for each single apartment even when guests come in a group. Should one of the booked apartments desire cancellation of the reservation, the deposit cannot be subtracted from payment for the other apartments.
Check-in should be done between 2.00 and 7.00pm on the day of arrival. If you think you will arrive outside of this period, please advise us beforehand. The cost of checking in before the above times is €5.00 per person. In this case you may use the swimming pool while waiting for your apartment.
You will be asked to supply a valid document of identification.
Arrivals after check-in times does not qualify for reimbursement.
If you arrive later than 24 hours from the reserved date of arrival, and you have not advised us of the delay, the management is free to decide whether or not to cancel the reservation for the entire stay.
Should be made before 10.00am on the day of departure.
Please do not leave food or beverages in the apartment.
We would appreciate it if you leave your rubbish in a closed bag near the front door.
Should you want to prolong your stay, please advise us in advance so we can organise our registers.
In the case of stays prolonged by one day, you will be charged €20.00 per room, up to 10.00 am. Departures after 6.00pm will be counted as a night’s stay.
Advance departure does not qualify for reimbursement.
Settlement of your bill will be made on the day of departure.
You may pay via:
- Bank cheque
- Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Diners, American Express)
- Cash point
Should you require special or multiple invoices, please say so the day before you leave.
The municipality of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa requires a tourist tax. This tax is applied to guests who are not resident in Tavarnelle VP for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. It amounts to €1.50 per person per night.

Please submit payment for the entire group at check-out. We hope you understand.
How to cancel a reservation
We must be advised of cancellation by email or fax; any other method will not be accepted.
Cancelling a reservation means incurring in a penalty as follows:
A) up to 30 days before arrival – no penalty
B) from 29 to 15 days before arrival – penalty of 30% of entire booked stay
C) from 14 to 8 days before arrival – penalty of 50% of entire booked stay
D) 7 days or less, from date of arrival – you will be charged for the entire reserved period.
E) Should no one turn up on the day of supposed arrival, you will be charged for the entrie period you reserved.
Treatment of personal data
Personal data and all other information our company acquires of our guests are strictly subject to privacy and secrecy management, be they acquired on paper or via the internet.
In respect of the Privacy Bill DLgs 196/03, we inform our guests that all information we acquire will be used purely and solely for administrative purposes pertaining to their stay.
